We take great care to minimise our carbon footprint and use packaging materials made from recycled, recyclable or reusable materials. This includes gift and postal packaging and our delivery boxes are FSC certified so they are responsibly sourced. We do not like to print unnecessarily and so we do not include a copy of the invoice with goods. Our packaging is #plasticfree and with a little care the packaging can be reused!

Delivery & Collection
We currently deliver to UK mainland only – if you would like to make a purchase and need delivery to anywhere other than UK mainland, do get in touch for a quotation on postage.
We offer two types of products for sale, “standard” and a few classed as “bulk” (where the products are significantly larger/heavier)
Standard Items: Postage and packaging is charged at a flat rate of £3.50
Bulk Items: If you add any heavier items to your basket, then postage costs are £5 and for heavier bulk items it’s £7
UPDATE: we dispatch items twice a week, each Tuesday and Friday – that’s 3-5 business days from order date.
Orders received by:
- midnight on Sunday will be dispatched on Tuesday
- midnight on Wednesday will be dispatched on Friday
You can collect from us and we offer FREE COLLECTION from:
- Wester inch Village, Bathgate (EH48) – once order is ready, we’ll get in touch to arrange a suitable time for collection.
Simply select relevant shipping option at checkout.
We aim to get your order ready for collection within 2 business days. If there are any delays (i.e, an item is out of stock) you will be notified by email.
If one of your items is on pre-order – the details of timescales will be within the product information. Should you need any further information, feel free to get in touch. If you order a pre-order item then all your goods will be sent together. If you require something sooner then you can always place two orders separately.
For collections, once your order is complete and ready, a further email will confirm collection timings.
This returns policy refers to Emms Choice Limited products purchased from this website or directly from us. We have some bespoke items which are custom made by our partner. Should you have any problem with these we will happily take this up with our partner, get in touch with full details so we can help.
If you have any issues with your order or receive damaged product(s):
Notify us within 24 hours of delivery or collection by emailing us full details (including a picture) at [email protected]
The simply return the damaged goods along with your order or invoice number and we will exchange it or offer you a refund. Please note, some items are not eligible for return due to hygiene reasons.

- reusable sanitary products
- bamboo cutlery
- wash pads or scrubs
- any items that have been opened
We will not accept responsibility for return parcels lost in transit. We will only refund return/exchange postage costs if the item returned is damaged. Refunds will be done based on the payment method you selected for original order,
