Customer Loyalty Scheme FAQ’s
We want to reward our loyal customers and are now offering loyalty points in the form of ECO Points for all online purchases.
How many ECO points do I get on orders?
You earn 1 ECO Point for every £1 you spend with us.*
*loyalty points may not be collected after 20th July 2021
Do I need to sign up for ECO points?
Yes. You need to have an account setup. This will show you past orders,
If you’re unsure whether you already have an account:
- select “My Account” at top right of website
- then hit “Lost your password” and enter the email address you used for previous orders
- If your email is not recognised then you do not have an account.
Creating a new account – you can do this in two ways:
- Register by selecting “My Account” at top right of website or,
- At checkout page – simply tick “Create an account” – as shown here.
How do I see how many ECO points I have?
Once you are logged in, you will see the following menu.
Select ECO Points to see your current balance.
Please note when you place an order, the points will be added only once the order has been processed and completed. You will also get an email to confirm the points have been added to your balance.
How do I redeem these ECO points?
Login to your account and place items in your cart.
To redeem: 100 points = £1
For example, a £25 spend means 25p off your next order!
Your total redeemable points will also be shown on this screen so you can decide how many you want to use.
Hit “Cart” and you will see “Apply Points” button as shown below, simply enter the points you wish to redeem and hit “Apply Points”.
Can I redeem ECO points on my first order?
No, you can only redeem points once they have been earned from past orders.
